Photo contest winners announced

We're pleased to announce the winners of this year's Canoe Wales photo contest. The judging panel's voting resulted in a tie - so they have selected two joint winners, who will both receive a free one-year On the Water membership. Congratulations to our three finalists and thank you to all of the members of our community who submitted photos to the contest.
