Gold and silver medals for Welsh athletes at Canoe Polo World Championships

Huge congratulations to Welsh Athlete Henry Clark, who is coming home from the Canoe Polo World Championships in Welland, Canada with a gold medal as part of the Great Britain U21 men's team.

And as if that wasn't enough, Welsh athletes Bethan Littlewood and Louise Clark are also bringing home silver medals as part of the senior women's team. It's raining medals! Full details here:

Plus - we just barely missed out on another medal with our U21 Women's team finishing an agonising 4th place; and Welsh referee Elan Winter had the honour of refereeing the men's final.
