Volunteers needed for water safety events

Canoe Wales is looking for volunteers for events hosted by Welsh Swimming and Welsh Triathlon

Canoe Wales is pleased to be working in partnership with Welsh Swimming and Welsh Triathlon along with other water sport NGBs to collaboratively increase participation.

We are looking for volunteers to support our partners with on the water safety for the next two events they are hosting:

Plas y Brenin Open Water Training Day - 15 June 2019

For the first time Plas y Brenin in association with Swim Wales is hosting open water swim training in Llyn Mymbyr, one of North Wales' most iconic lakes. For more info, visit:

Big Bala Bash - 29/30 June 2019

This multi-sport weekend festival includes the Bala Junior Triathlon on the Saturday, as well as Stage 3 of the Welsh Super Series, the Bala Sprint Triathlon and the Swim Wales’ National Open Water Championship on the Sunday. For more info, visit:
