Every year around this time we ask our members to complete our Annual Member Survey, which is incredibly important for improving the services we offer to members. We would really appreciate it if you could take just 10 minutes to fill out this year’s survey.

CWBLHAU’R AROLWG!

Last year, members who filled out the survey told us that they wanted us to prioritise advocacy on access to water. In response, we launched our new Clear Access Clear Waters campaign in partnership with British Canoeing and recruited a new Places to Paddle Manager to lead the campaign in Wales. Others told us they wanted us to do more to support young volunteers. So we launched our new Young Volunteers Programme which continues to grow every month. And several members asked for more member information in Welsh – so we have worked hard to improve our bilingual communication, including our phone system, membership packs and videos, with more still to come.

These are just a few examples – but I wanted you to know that we really listen. We read every comment. And we do our best to take all that feedback and use it to make Canoe Wales the kind of organisation that you’re proud to belong to.
