Sponsorship packages

We're getting ready to launch this year's Canoe Wales Members Meet - and now's your chance to choose from a selection of exclusive sponsorship packages, each of which give you a unique opportunity to communicate directly with our members.

This year's event will be based at Broneirion, near Llanidloes in Mid Wales. This is a gorgeous country house with a large marquee which will host our registration area and trade stand hall. Throughout the day on Saturday we'll run a selection of courses and information sessions in five beautiful break-out rooms inside in the mansion, plus we'll be holding our AGM followed by a two-course Awards Dinner in the evening.

And for our members who can't stand to be indoors, we'll also run a variety of on-the-water sessions and courses for all ages and abilities at nearby Llyn Clywedog on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Premier Sponsorship Package includes:
  • Your logo on all event branding
  • Your company name mentioned prominently in the introduction for all event information
  • A large, 4m x 3m stand in our event marquee on Saturday
  • Two bespoke email marketing opportunities - one in the official event announcement sent to all Canoe Wales members and one in any of three reminder emails 
  • A half-page write-up in our Ceufad member magazine highlighting your sponsorship
  • One social media marketing opportunity on our Canoe Wales channels
  • Place your signs, banners and flags at all event venues
  • Option to present and/or name one of our Canoe Wales Awards at our Awards Dinner on Saturday evening
  • Any company literature or free gifts you provide included in all welcome packs
  • Full event pass for 2 people - includes lunch and dinner on Saturday
The Digital Sponsorship Package includes:
  • Your logo in the Sponsors section of the official event website
  • Your logo on four event emails sent to registered Canoe Wales members to publicise the event
  • One 'featured sponsor' marketing opportunity in an email sent to Canoe Wales members promoting the event
The Trade Stand Sponsorship Package includes:
  • A 2m x 2m space inside our event marquee on Saturday to set up your own trade or demo stand
  • Any company literature or free gifts you provide included in all welcome packs
  • Place one banner and up to four flags at all event venues
  • A one-day event pass for one person - includes lunch on Saturday
The Digital + Trade Stand Sponsorship Package includes:
  • Your logo in the Sponsors section of the official event website
  • Your logo on four event emails sent to registered Canoe Wales members to publicise the event
  • One 'featured sponsor' marketing opportunity in an email sent to Canoe Wales members promoting the event
  • A 2m x 2m space inside our event marquee on Saturday to set up your own trade or demo stand
  • Any company literature or free gifts you provide included in all welcome packs
  • Place one banner and up to four flags at all event venues
  • A one-day event pass for one person - includes lunch on Saturday
  • Full Terms and Conditions
    • All sponsorship packages are non-refundable.
    • After we receive your payment, we will contact you with a booking form to request further information, including your logo and the text and images you would like included in any marketing opportunities included in your package.
    • We reserve the right to edit your content and/or request changes. If we make changes to your content, we will agree them with you before publication.
    • In the unlikely event that we are unable to agree on the text or design, we will refund the full cost of your package. 
    • We will contact you with the deadlines for launch of the event website and any marketing opportunities  - you must submit your booking form before these deadlines. No refunds will be given if late submission of logos or information results in your content not being included or being included at a later date.
    • If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide refunds as follows: 25% for Premier Sponsorship, 100% for Trade Stand Sponsorship, 50% for Digital + Trade Stand Sponsorship. We will not provide any refund for Digital Sponsorship.
