General COVID-19 Guidance to Paddlers

Here's a summary of the key points from Welsh Govt guidance to limit the spread (particularly following development of the Omicron variant):

  • Get vaccinated
  • If you have symptoms, test and self-isolate
  • Wear a face covering in indoor crowded or enclosed places
  • Outdoors is safer than indoors
  • Keep your distance when you can

We continue to advise paddlers not to take unnecessary risks while paddling and please follow the RNLI’s safety advice if paddling on the coast or at sea.
