Paddling

Whether you're new to paddling or you're an old hand, you'll find plenty of opportunities here in Wales.

Whichever discipline or disciplines of paddling you like there is opportunity for all of them in quite a small area.

There are all sorts of places to paddle, from surf breaks and sea paddles to mile after mile of river. Or if you've got a competitive streak, why not take on other paddlers in competition?

So, if you want a quiet tranquil paddle or full on white water paddling, artificial white water or natural rivers, lakes or canals there is something that will satisfy you.
