*WEEKEND HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN THE WINTER MONTHS
The centre is open for rafting any day we have a water release (this is roughly 200 days per year, largely between March - October).
Normal rafting times are:
Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 6pm
Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm
Based on the banks of the River Tryweryn, Frongoch, the National White Water Centre is just outside Bala in the beautiful mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, North Wales.
The local town of Bala caters for tourists all year round and the surrounding area has an excellent range of accommodation and places to eat. We are centrally located in North Wales allowing easy access to the attractions of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and the coast line. The area offers a fantastic retreat not only for water sport enthusiasts, but for everyone.
