If you want to get more out of paddling, joining a canoe club is one of the best ways to go about it. Whether you're a seasoned expert or you've never paddled before, clubs are great ways to find people to paddle with.
Most clubs will even cater for beginners with a series of lessons, and many will supply all the equipment you need as well. For more advanced paddlers, they'll tend to run regular trips away to areas of interest.
Ultimately, joining a club is a brilliant way to meet other people with the same interests and get out onto the water with them.
