If you're after a structured introduction to paddling, or if you want to push your skills up a level, why not book yourself onto a course?

Courses can vary from basic paddling skills right up to advanced safety and rescue and group leadership.

Centres tend to run a number of courses over the year, and it's easy to book onto them individually. If there are a group of you who want the same course, you're better off getting in touch with a course provider who can organise a course to suit your exact requirements.

All the centres listed here are rigorously inspected by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority and approved by the WCA to ensure that they operate safely and professionally
