BCU Coaching Processes

The BCU Coaching Processes course is a 2-day course, open to coaches of any level, which aims to improve your "how to coach" knowledge and allow you to become a better coach, regardless of discipline or the level at which you work. The course will have some practical elements to put into practice the theory covered, but some practical activities may not be on the water.

For more information, please see thisĀ PDF document.

The BCU Coaching Processes course is a pre-requisite of BCU Level 5 training and in many cases provides the coaching theory required for old scheme coaches to transfer into the new scheme above Level 2. For more information on transferring you old scheme qualifications, please see this page.
